BOUNCE POLICY: Paramount Customer experience is at core of Bounce culture and values. We here at Bounce constantly strive for superior customer service and satisfaction; hence it is imperative for us to provide you top-notch quality service that is suitable to your hair needs. To ensure proper attention and quality experience, we may deny service at the scheduled appointment should we determine that your hair requires more time than booked appointment.

If you are not sure how much time it may take, we recommend you to take advantage of our complementary consultation before making an appointment. Appointments taking longer than 60 minutes should be booked over the phone or in person only.  

CANCELLATION POLICY: It is important for us to know, in a timely fashion, if you are not going to be able to keep your scheduled appointment in order to meet scheduling requests from other patrons.  Hence, we have introduced cancellation policy to ensure the timely fulfillment of appointments scheduled. We will be charging $15 for any appointment cancelled within 12 hours of scheduled appointment time or any no-shows.

LATE POLICY: Paramount Customer experience is at core of Bounce culture and values. We here at Bounce constantly strive for superior customer service and satisfaction, to do so; we ask that you kindly arrive for your scheduled appointment on time. We do understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable and we will do our very best to accommodate each member. However, if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it will be to the discretion of the individual stylist to evaluate what service they can offer you in the remaining time of your appointment, as it may be necessary to offer an alternative service to accommodate you due to other scheduling requirements. In certain circumstances, re-scheduling may be necessary.

RETURN POLICY: All sales are final. No refunds of any type will be issued. You may make an exchange or receive store credit redeemable in any one of our salons.

GIFT CARDS: Gift cards are redeemable at Bounce Blow Bar locations only. Gift cards cannot be transferred, exchanged or resold and cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law). Gift cards have no expiration date and no fees. Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

BUNDLE POLICY: Bundles are redeemable at Bounce Blow Bar locations only. Bundles cannot be transferred, exchanged or resold and cannot be redeemed for cash. Bundles are valid from 12 months of purchase date. Bundles are nonrefundable.

DEPOSIT POLICY: Some services offered by Bounce may require a deposit. These include, but are not limited to, Group Bookings (services for 3 or more), Bridal Shower, Special Events and Parties. These deposits may be non-refundable based on the service and the amount notice given to cancel or reschedule. Cancellation is required 7 days prior to the appointment to receive full deposit refund.
